What is the COVID-19 protocol?

Answer

We highly encourage our guests to be vaccinated prior to attending, or at least tested negative the day before. We will be providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue. Face masks are allowed but not required.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal with comfortable shoes. Our wedding is outdoors so expect to be walking over grass, dirt, and gravel.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We expect a sunny low 80s afternoon, with temperatures dropping later in the evening. Be sure to have sunscreen on, and bring a jacket or shawl for later.

Are cell phones or video cameras permitted during the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully ask for all devices to be turned off and stowed away during the ceremony. - We will have professional photographers and videographers to capture the ceremony. You are free to take photos or videos before and after the ceremony.

Will there be cellular service at the venue?

Answer

There is not, the signal will cut out on the way to the venue so be sure to plug "Rosewood Events LLC" into your Maps before you head over. There WILL however be wi-fi at the venue so you will be able to set directions when it's time to go home. - We also recommend downloading the offline map from Google Maps if possible.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We want our wedding to be your night off! - While we adore your children, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only event. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer it be just you.

How is the parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be parking on site. Upon entering the site, parking will be on the left side. There will be parking attendants to assist with where to park.
