FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 10th, 2025. We hope to get to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at Bishop Farmstead and there is on-site parking for about 100 vehicles in a large gravel lot to the left of the barn. If an accessible parking spot is needed, there are two spaces by the Carriage House and three spots by the Barn.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire which, to us, means knee-length or midi cocktail dresses, snazzy jumpsuits, elegant separates, or suits/sports coats with a tie. However, our primary goal is for our guests to be comfortable and willing to hit the dance floor, so whatever clothes makes you feel that way is fine by us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving by 4:15 to park and find a seat.

Question

What is Bishop Farmstead?

Answer

Also known as "The Big Red Barn", Bishop Farmstead was originally constructed in 1932, and oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands that serves as a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies. In addition to the barn, the site holds a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. You can read more about them here: https://pinelandsalliance.org/
