FAQs

The Wedding Website of J’Kaelen Lang and Gregory Carrington Ⅲ
Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on June 20th, 2026 at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort’s Flamingo Beach starting at 5’o’clock pm. Please arrive to the dock at the Renaissance 45 minutes before the ceremony to be taken to the island via boat.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Queen Beatrix International Airport

Question

Do I need a passport or visa?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required. The routine processing time for a U.S. passport is 4-6 weeks. Expedited processing takes 2-3 weeks, but costs an additional $60. The total time to receive your passport, including processing and mailing, can be up to 10 weeks.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort. Booking details are available on the Travel & Accommodations page. Feel free to look into other Hotels/Airbnbs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP directly on this site by February 20th, 2026. We need a final count for travel and dinner planning. Please RSVP after you have initiated your travel arrangements.

Question

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed on the invite. While you are more than welcome to bring a guest or family member along to enjoy Aruba with you, only those specifically listed on the invitation will be counted in the wedding events and reception. We truly appreciate your understanding as we’re keeping things intimate and planned accordingly.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We’re going for beach formal—think lightweight dresses, jumpsuits, linen suits, or dressy resort wear. It’s Aruba, so plan for sun and sand, but also style! No heels needed—wedges, sandals, or flats are perfect.

Question

What’s the weather like?

Answer

Aruba is known for its sunny skies and steady warm weather. Expect temps in the 80s with a tropical breeze. Rain is rare, but we recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light layer for evening.

Question

What events are happening besides the wedding?

Answer

We’re planning a few events to make the most of our time together: • Welcome Dinner: [Date & Time] • Group Excursion: [Optional, Date/Details] • Farewell Brunch: [Date & Time]

Question

What should I do in my free time in Aruba?

Answer

So much! Aruba offers amazing beaches, snorkeling, ATV tours, shopping in Oranjestad, sunset cruises, and more. We’ll share our favorite recommendations on the Things to Do page.
