We got engaged on Lunar New Year in 2024. During the proposal, taiko drums in the hallway were shaking the room. I'm told there was a drumroll as I got down on one knee, but I couldn't hear it.

On the way to our engagement party we saw Teds music shop and we had to stop in for a look.
