Are kids allowed?

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes or ears, we politely request no children.

Please only RSVP for whomever is listed on your invitation/RSVP. If you are having any trouble, please reach out to the bride and groom.

Ceremony/Reception
Answer
Ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception/dinner will be held inside. Following dinner and first dances the party can continue inside and out.

Phones During the Ceremony
Answer
We politely ask that you silence your phones and leave them in your pocket/purses during the ceremony. We would also appreciate if all photos wait to be taken until after the ceremony. The bride and groom have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer and will share all photos/video after the wedding :)

Ceremony Seating
Answer
There will be no ‘assigned sides’ during the ceremony. We would love to have both families sit where they are comfortable, without worry of being on the bride or groom’s ‘side’.

There will be a shuttle from the hotel (Fairfield in Eastwood) to the Venue. The shuttle will only stop at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the venue. If you are staying at a different hotel near Eastwood in Lansing, please be sure to hop on the shuttle at the Fairfield Inn & Suites if you choose to shuttle. Shuttle Schedule: — Pickup at 2:30pm from hotel to venue for ceremony. (Arrival at venue by 3:00pm - ceremony is at 3:30pm) — Pickup at 10:30 from venue to hotel as first shuttle back (arrival back at hotel by 11:00pm) — Last shuttle pick up at venue at 11:30pm to go back to the hotel for the night (arrival back at hotel by 12:00am)
