The two hotels listed below are located directly next to each other. We have reserved a room block at each hotel. Please call the hotel directly and reserve under the "Carbone/Britton" wedding, if you wish to receive a discounted rate. Please note, the room block only allows us to reserve a few rooms at one time. Once all rooms in the block are booked, we will be able to add more. Shuttle

Shuttle Bus

September 27, 2024 3:45 pm - 10:00 pm

For those interested, a shuttle bus will be available to transport guests from the hotel to/from the venue. The shuttle bus will depart the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel promptly at 3:45pm. The shuttle bus will depart the venue at 10:00pm and return guests to the hotel. Please RSVP for the shuttle on your invitation. We recommend checking this website a week prior to our wedding, for finalized shuttle times. Of note, the Courtyard Marriott is located directly next to the Wyndham. If you are staying at the Courtyard Marriott, simply walk next door to catch the shuttle outside of the Wyndham Hotel. *If you plan on driving yourself, there is plenty of parking available at the venue :)
