Matron of Honor
Mary’s big sister and Matron of Honor, Sharon, will be standing beside her as she says her wedding vows! Making two 17+ hour plane trips from Japan in 2025 to share with Mary in all the joy and adventure of wedding planning and festivities (all while juggling two young sons in tow) -- what a dedicated and loving sister!
Best Man
JJ’s big brother and Best Man, Christian, will be standing beside him on his wedding day -- fitting as they have been the ‘best of buds’ since birth! Deeply connected through childhood shenanigans, adolescent antics, and adulting, you can bet there will be happy tears and laughter all evening long between them!
Bridesmaid
Monica is Mary’s sister-in-law. A great hostess with an eye for fashion, Monica has been with Mary every step of the way in wedding planning -- dress shopping, hair and makeup, and all things ‘bridal beauty'! The two bond over their love of skincare, so you can bet Mary will be a radiant bride for her big walk down the aisle!
Groomsman
Darryl is Mary’s big brother, and co-owner of King Memory where Mary and JJ are both employed. Mary and Darryl share a strong connection that began as a fun family project in their childhood basement -- and has now become a thriving Columbus tech business, King Memory! Darryl, and his wife Monica, are world travelers so hit them up at the wedding if you are planning a trip and need some tips!
Bridesmaid
Mine is a friend of both Mary and JJ, sharing in Mary’s love of cats, and JJ’s love of gaming (and an added bonus, she’s Christian’s girlfriend!). As a pharmaceutical sciences PhD student at OSU, with home roots in Turkey, Mine has brought the couple a new love of baklava and Raki, and some serious competition with her gaming skills!
Groomsman
JJ’s childhood friend since preschool days -- Ben and JJ are still ‘growing up’ together! From sharing happy meals as kids, through St Charles high school craziness, to long nights of "Beerio" as adults (Mario Cart with beverages), and now simultaneously planning weddings, Ben has always been lovingly referred to as the Fisher’s third son!
