Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Guests will get free self-parking at the Ballpark Village Surface Lot & adjoining PWC Pennant Garage (located to the left of the hotel entrance on the corner of S Eighth St and Cardinal Way - see picture above!). Please give your name to the gate attendee and they will let you through without pre-paying. The attendee should give you a parking ticket, which the venue will validate at the wedding bar. For overnight parking - Valet parking is $50 and self-parking is $40 + tax.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving around 4:30 pm - The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on the hotel's 2nd floor outdoor terrace, weather permitting. If the weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will be relocated to the indoor ballroom (where the reception is located).

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you for making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

We recommend semi-formal/formal attire.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by March 31, 2025. Feel free to go ahead and RSVP when you receive your save the date if you would like! :)
