Jinhwan from South Korea and Jessica from South Florida met each other in Los Angeles. 한국에서 온 진환이와 플로리다에서 온 제시카는 로스앤젤레스에서 서로를 만났어요.

Crossing oceans and states, we grew closer as if by destiny. 바다를 건너고, 주를 넘어 저희는 운명처럼 가까워졌습니다.

When taking these wedding photos at Carbon Canyon Regional Park, it still felt surreal to us. 이 결혼 사진을 찍었을 때도 저희는 여전히 실감이 나지 않았어요.

On our anniversary, we revisited Manhattan Beach, where we had our first date. 기념일에 저희는 처음 데이트했던 맨해튼 해변에 다시 갔습니다.

In summer, we traveled to Florida. Jessica’s parents and grandmothers were so welcoming, and Jinhwan felt very loved by Them. 여름에 저희는 플로리다로 여행을 갔어요. 이곳에서 진환이는 제시카의 부모님과 할머니들에게 정말 따뜻한 환영을 받았어요.

While strolling along the beach pier, we saw a beautiful sunset together. 저희는 해변 부둣가를 걷다가 아름다운 노을을 마주했습니다.

During winter, Jessica’s friend Paige got married, and Jessica caught the bouquet. 겨울에 제시카의 친구 페이지가 결혼식을 올렸어요. 여기서 제시카는 부케를 받았어요.

We went to Disney World. It was Jinhwan’s first visit, and we had a fantastic time. 디즈니 월드에 같이 갔어요. 진환이는 디즈니 월드에 처음 가본거였는데, 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

We rode the newly opened Tiana ride, and it was truly amazing. 새로 생긴 티아나 놀이기구를 탔는데 정말 멋진 경험이었어요.

We both have backgrounds in art. Jessica studied animation, and Jinhwan studied art history. So we often visit LACMA. 저희 둘 다 예술을 공부했어요. 제시카는 애니메이션을 전공했고, 진환은 미술사를 전공했습니다. 그래서 저희는 라크마(LACMA)에 자주 가요.

We took this photo with a contemporary rabbit-shaped artwork at The Broad. Jessica loves rabbits in all forms. 더 브로드(The Broad)에서 토끼 모양의 현대 예술 작품과 함께 사진을 찍었어요. 제시카는 어떤 모양이든지 토끼라면 좋아합니다.

We went hiking because we heard there was some contemporary art installation at the top of the mountain. We couldn't find the artwork, we saw eagles and hawks instead. 산꼭대기에 현대 예술 작품이 있다고 해서 저희는 하이킹을 떠났어요. 그런데 예술작품은 없었고, 대신 독수리와 매를 만났습니다.

Ms. Jan decorated the photo baby Jessica took at Christmas. 제시카의 엄마가 크리스마스 때 찍은 사진을 꾸며주셨어요.

Jessica has loved horseback riding since she was a child. 제시카는 어렸을 때부터 말 타는 것을 좋아했어요.

She continued horseback riding throughout her teenage years. 십대 시절에도 꾸준히 말을 탔습니다.
