Micken's Sneakers Ball

We originally met at Lincoln University, MO in 2008 in the cafeteria. We said, “Hi” in passing but went our separate ways. Life went on and July 2014, TaNeesha relocated to Atlanta, GA. As years and life changing events happened for the both of us, destiny took its place. November 2017, our lives changed for the better. TaNeesha slid in Jimmy’s dm to inquire about supporting him at his venue he was djing at that night. Ever since then we have became inseparable.

We had trials and tribulations within that year but our life changed for the better on June 28, 2019 we went on vacation to Miami, FL. We went to eat at the Sugar Factory before we headed to the beach. After lunch was over we head to Miami Beach, caught a couple waves, relaxed and talked. It started to get cloudy so we wanted to get a couple pictures on the beach before we left so Jimmy asked a person on the beach to take our picture. As we were posing to take the picture, he grab my left arm and got on one knee and said a speech and ended with TaNeesha Janee Wallace, will you marry me?” The crowd of the beach was applauding and someone recorded the whole thing. It was such a beautiful feeling!
