As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can fully unwind and enjoy the mountain getaway with us at The Gathering Place. Our wedding will be limited to the guests specifically named on the invitation, and we kindly ask that no plus ones or children attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to spend the weekend celebrating with you!
The Gathering Place 4716 Buck Springs Rd, Pinetop, AZ 85935 If you’re driving up from Phoenix, there are two main routes you can take: through Payson or through Globe. The drive time is very similar (within about 20 minutes either way), so it really comes down to preference. • Payson route: More straightforward drive through mountains with fewer sharp turns • Globe route: Includes scenic canyon views, but has more switchbacks and winding roads We recommend choosing the route you feel most comfortable driving—both are beautiful in their own way!
Western/Semi-Formal Attire The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend wearing block heels or appropriate footwear!
In mid-April, Pinetop typically has daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-60s to low 70s and cooler evenings dipping into the 30s–40s. With crisp mountain air and the possibility of a light breeze, we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the evening. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, set among the pines and fresh mountain air. Following the ceremony, we’ll gather inside the barn for an evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing as we celebrate together.
Please plan to arrive at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for seating.
