Black tie optional - pink and florals are encouraged! We ask that guys wear a tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie and ladies wear an evening gown or midi-length cocktail dress. Please avoid any shades of white. We can't wait to see y'all dressed up to celebrate with us :)

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family members of the bride and groom. We encourage you to use our wedding as a date night!
A block of rooms is available under The Phelps-Timko Wedding at the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel. More information can be found under the "Travel" tab. The last day to secure a room at the block rate is May 24th, 2024.
Yes! A shuttle to and from our wedding venue will be available for those staying at the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel. Information on shuttle service from the block hotel can be found in the "Travel" section and will also be posted at the hotel upon your arrival. Shuttles will take guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening.
Yes! There is a parking lot for guests who prefer to drive themselves. In the event you need to leave your car overnight and Uber after the wedding reception, cars must be removed from the lot by 10:00AM on Sunday morning. In the interest of safety, we would encourage everyone who needs to leave their car to do so and retrieve it the next morning!
Guests should arrive at Mankin Mansion no later than 5:00PM to ensure plenty of time to find your seat before the ceremony starts at 5:30PM. No late guests will be permitted into the ceremony.
Barring any extreme weather, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. We will host dinner and dancing inside the reception tent.
We are planning a fully "unplugged" ceremony - no phones or cameras. We want our guests to be fully present as we say "I do!" We have hired professionals to capture these moments for us, and we promise (pinky swear!) to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like as long as you send them to us!
Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us all night!
We will have pass hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour as well as a plated dinner. If you require a special meal for dietary reasons, please send an email to jimmy.morgan.timko@gmail.com so we can work with our caterer to ensure you have a wonderful meal.
