While we all wish the pandemic would be over, it is still an ongoing health crisis in the country and we will try to be mindful of ongoing concerns with it. There are segments of the population that are more susceptible to the disease and we want to be sensitive to that, but also want to make sure everyone has a good time. With this in mind, we have taken into consideration the following to keep everyone safe: - The venue doors and windows will remain open throughout the entire event time to provide for plenty of circulation. - The venue fits 400 people and we have about ~120 guests, leaving plenty of room and space for everyone. - There will be 8 people per table instead of the standard 10. - Masks will be provided for anyone that wants one, but will be optional unless mandated by the state. - While we would love the honor of your presence at the wedding, if you are feeling sick at all, we kindly ask you to take care of yourself and stay home to get some rest.
We are both very much looking forward to having everyone at the wedding for the big celebration! For those that may celebrate too hard though, please don't drink and drive. If you or any of the guests are too drunk to drive please call an Uber or Lyft to take you home or your hotel. Your car will be safe in the church parking lot and can be picked up in the morning should you need to retrieve it.
For anyone that wants to continue the party with us after the 11pm close time at the church, we will be at the Marriot hotel where there will be a bar and/or lounge area where we can continue the celebration. The address of the Marriot is: 200 La Terraza Blvd, Escondido, CA 92025
For any guests that booked a room at the suggested Marriott hotel, there is no shuttle from there to the wedding site.
