What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Happy hour starts at 2:30pm on Sunday. There will be snacks, yard games and the bar will be open for drinks. However, the ceremony starts at 4:30pm so please arrive any time before then.

How far is the reception site from the ceremony?

Answer

The reception and the ceremony are at the same place. Once you arrive at Hidden Meadows and Barn, you will not need to travel until the night is over.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is free transportation to the ceremony from the hotels and back home at the end of the night. The bus will run continuously between the hotels and ceremony site from 2:30 to midnight. As a reminder, the ceremony starts at 4:30. First pick up from AmericInn at 2:30, Pepin Motel around 2:50 and drop off at Hidden Meadow around 3:00. Second pick up should be right around 3:30 from AmericInn, 3:50 at Pepin Motel, and then dropping off at 4:00.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

There is parking at Hidden Meadows and Barn however, there is also free transportation from the hotels. We strongly suggest you use the buses if you plan on drinking.

Your wedding date says Sunday, September 1st... are you sure it's a Sunday!?

Yes, Sunday, September 1st is Labor Day weekend meaning most of us will also have Monday off (aka party on!)

This location is primarily grass besides the food area. Please keep that in mind with your shoe choice as very skinny heels may sink if the grass is soft.
