We're getting married!

It all started in San Jose... In 2015, Jimmy and Karina’s love story began with a swipe right and a confident “hello” from Jimmy. What started as a simple message quickly turned into a daily exchange of witty banter and shared interests. Despite Karina’s insistence on delaying their first date until after her finals, the anticipation only made their eventual meeting at a charming Mexican restaurant in San Jose all the more exciting. They spent the day savoring delicious food and getting to know each other, followed by a night of dancing that set the stage for a romance that would grow more enchanting with every step. Little did they know, that evening would mark the beginning of a beautiful journey together, filled with love and countless adventures.

In the summer of 2023, Jimmy and Karina embarked on a sun-drenched Italian adventure that would turn out to be even more memorable than their exploration of the beautiful country. After days of traversing from the historic Roman city, to the beautiful city of Florence, and working up a sweat climbing thousands of steps in Positano, Jimmy had to rethink his grand plan. The heat of the Amalfi Coast just didn't match the cool perfection he envisioned for his proposal. So, they packed up and journeyed to Lago di Braies, where a rocky canoe ride led to the idyllic setting Jimmy had been in search of. With the serene beauty of the lake as their backdrop, he seized the moment, and amidst the gentle ripples and breathtaking scenery, Jimmy popped the question. Karina, undoubtedly stunned and delighted, said yes, sealing their love with a perfect proposal that matched the romance of their Italian escapade.
