FAQs

The Wedding Website of Therese Ira Tugade and Jimmy Nguyen
We know you might have a few questions about the big day. To make things easier, we’ve gathered some helpful details below so you can arrive feeling relaxed and ready to celebrate with us!
Question

A note about gifts

Answer

The greatest gift we could ask for is to celebrate our wedding day surrounded by the love of our friends and family. If you’d like to honor us with a gift, a monetary contribution towards our honeymoon fund or home fund under the registry tab would warmly appreciated. Our venmo and zelle information are also included below. There will be a gift table at the reception for cards, red envelopes, and well wishes. Thank you for celebrating this special moment with us! Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time to get settled- the ceremony will start promptly at 4PM. Welcome drinks will be served upon arrival.

Question

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to arrive at the venue. For everyone’s safety, complimentary shuttles will be available at the end of the evening for guests who have been enjoying the bar, returning to the hotel. The hotel bar will remain open late for anyone who’d like to continue the celebration.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire for our celebration - classy dresses, jumpsuits, or suits that feel festive yet comfortable. Elevate the evening with a stylish look fit for a night to remember. March weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light coat or wrap for the outdoor ceremony. And of course, wear something you’ll be comfortable dancing in! Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally worn by the bride such as white, ivory, or cream colors. The groom will be wearing navy blue. A second photographer will be around to capture guest portraits - so please dress to impress! These photos will be shared to everyone once we receive the full gallery. Blankets will be provided by the venue to help keep you warm but must be returned by the end of the night.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’ll say “I do” outside (weather permitting) and then head indoors to celebrate! The ceremony space has grass, gravel, and a few rocks, so think festive but comfy shoes.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! You will find details about our hotel block under the Travel tab.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We’ll have a delicious dinner buffet and a dessert bar for everyone to enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP—we want to make sure everyone leaves happy, full, and ready to dance. :)

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To help us celebrate comfortably, we are only able to include the children whose names are listed on the invitation. We are grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to see you on our big day.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Due to space and planning, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest by name, we’d love for them to join. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is included at the venue. If needed, cars may be left overnight but must be picked up by 10 am the following day.

Question

Can I take photos or post on social media?

Answer

We love your enthusiasm for capturing the day! For the ceremony, let’s all be present—phones and cameras away—so our photographer can snag the perfect shots. Once the party starts, snap away and please tag us on social media!

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

If you have any questions as the celebration approaches, please feel free to reach out through text or call — we’d love to hear from you. :)
