What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Don't be like Jimmy and show up as the bride is walking down the aisle.... ugh.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please feel free to reach out to us with any dietary restrictions/food allergies- we will try our best to accommodate you!

Are kids welcome?

If your invite/RSVP was specifically addressed to you and your children, they are welcome to come!

If your invite/RSVP includes a guest, you are welcome to bring a date.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal/Cocktail! Both our ceremony and reception will be on grass- so we recommend choosing your shoes accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have listed a couple hotel recommendations on our travel page. Unfortunately, hotels are booking very fast and availability is limited. Make sure to try and book accommodations as soon as possible!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invites will be sent out end of May/Early June. Please RSVP via mail by July 10th!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a school bus that will be providing shuttling between the Minocqua Hotels and Norwood Pines after the wedding. Tentative times the shuttle will leave will be 10pm, 11pm and midnight.
