We met on Jones Beach through mutual friends at the end of my freshman year of college. We didn't think much of it, until the second time we hung out at one of our neighborhood bars. Something just clicked and we couldn't stay apart. His favorite memory of that summer is that it took him 3 attempts for me to finally kiss him :) We always consider summer of 2013 the best summer of our lives....probably because it's the summer we fell in love!

He absolutely nailed the surprise! We had been dating about 8 years so yes, I knew it was coming *eventually* but when I tell you I had no idea it was happening that day until he literally got on his knee (my nails were painted black…!) We were at a winery with some of our closest people and it was truly the best moment. We are so beyond thrilled to celebrate our love with all of you and can't wait for the big day!
