Yes! We are working with Mount Dora Trolley company to transport guests to and from the venue. -Guests staying in the Mount Dora area will have a pickup time of around 3pm. If you are staying in this area/NOT at Mission Resort, please let us know asap so we can coordinate pickup location(s). -Guests at Mission Resort will have a pickup time around 3:30/3:45pm. IMPORTANT: if you are driving up the day-of & leaving the day-of, it has been recommended that you park directly at the venue. You are welcome to attempt parking at Mission Resort and hop on the trolley so that you don’t have to park at the venue, but an available parking spot is not guaranteed. -Guests are welcome to Uber/Lyft to and from pickup locations. We cannot guarantee Uber/Lyft availability. Drop off from the Howey back to Mission Resort and Mount Dora will also be provided. We will update this site AND text everyone updates as we solidify additional plans. Thank you!
Our ceremony takes place outside. The cocktail hour is inside. Dinner takes place outside on the back patio. Dancing is inside. Bring a jacket! We are actively trying to book heaters for the dinner.

We have a list of hotel and bed & breakfast recommendations on our website (Mission Resort is our official room block). There are also plenty of other options. You can browse the towns of Mount Dora, Clermont, and Tavares. There are many VRBO, Airbnb, Bed and Breakfast, and hotel options to find accommodations that will work best for you. IMPORTANT: book asap. Many have told us that this area books fast this time of year.
