What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the Venue. A shuttle from the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar will be leaving at 3:45pm and returning after the reception. If you are not staying at the hotel provided you are welcome to catch the shuttle but please notify us in advance.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Hacienda Siesta Alegre is a completely outdoor venue that sits at the bottom of the El Yunque Rainforest. Our ceremony will be held on a grass terrain. We encourage anyone wearing high heels to opt for a thicker block heel to keep your feet from sinking! In the event of in-climate weather the ceremony and reception will be held in a covered location at the venue.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Formal Attire-suit/tie for men and cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Expect temperatures to have a daily high of around 84°F, rarely falling below 80°F or exceeding 88°F. Daily low temperatures of around 73°F, rarely falling below 70°F or exceeding 76°F.

Friday March 15, 2024. Please join us for Welcome Drinks on the Beach Deck at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar. The event will be hosted from 4-6pm for anyone who arrives to town early to kick off the weekend!
