Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be indoors, both within the same property. All parts of the venue are accessible via ramps and elevators.
Please RSVP no later than May 1st (Alex's Birthday). If you do not RSVP, we will assume that you can not make it.
Our registry can be found on this website and can be used either by Venmo, or by bringing a physical card in person at the wedding. Your attendance to our wedding is the most important gift we could ask for. If you would like to support us through our registry as well, we would greatly appreciate your kindness!
Our wedding will be a formal attire event.
Valet services will be available for a cost of $20. Since the venue is in downtown Tampa, there are various parking garages/lots around the venue for a lower cost. There are two 717 parking lots across from the venue, lot numbers 4505 and 4504. In addition, there is a parking garage next to Sacred Heart Church.
We kindly ask that the ceremony remains "un-plugged" which means cell phones are not permitted during the ceremony for pictures or other use. During this special time, we will be having a wedding photographer taking those great pictures instead. However, you are more than welcome to take any kinds of pictures during the reception for the rest of the night.
Yes, there will be a cash bar inside the reception room, so please bring cash and your ID. If you forget to bring cash, the venue has a bar downstairs where you can use card.
We will be having a buffet style dinner that serves salads, protein, and dessert of our choice. All dinners will come with bread and butter as well. If you have any allergies or need a special plate prepared, please contact either of us so we can let the caterer know in advance. A kids dinner will be provided for the little ones.
The reception is set to end around 10 pm. For the most part, our reception will be simple and will not include much dancing. However, we plan on having dinner, cake service, games, and music played at our reception.
Due to a limiting seating arrangement and intimate wedding, we request that only those invited with a receipt of our invitation be present at the wedding.
