Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Jim Carroll and Victoria Lozano
We are so excited to share some of our favorite places in San Francisco with you.

Tartine Bakery

600 Guerrero Street, San Francisco, CA 94110

Tartine is a world-renowned bakery. As a pastry chef, Victoria has always admired their work and dreamt of working there when she was studying culinary arts in Venezuela. Little did she know it would be where she and Jim would meet. Get coffee and pastries and sit at Dolores Park, just like we did in our first date.

Corona Heights Park

Museum Way, San Francisco, CA 94114

If you are looking for a little workout and amazing 360° views of the city, then Corona Heights is the right place for it. Jim likes to jog here in the mornings to catch the sunrise. We had our second date here and it is still one of our favorite places in the city to visit.

Domo

511 Laguna Street, San Francisco, CA 94102

This is our favorite sushi spot in the city. No frills, just good sushi. It is a small and cozy restaurant. They do not take reservations.

Napa Valley

CA

Take a day trip to Napa and visit a winery or three. We recommend booking a wine tasting in advance. In the link you will find Domaine Carneros, where we celebrated our engagement with friends and family.

House of Prime Rib

1906 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94109

A San Francisco institution. Well-known for their generous portions of prime rib. We celebrated Jim's 33rd birthday here. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time.

Golden Gate Park

San Francisco, CA

This is one of our favorite parts of the city. We enjoy walking or biking it. If you make it to the end of the park, you will hit Ocean Beach, our favorite beach to watch the sunset, sit and read, and sometimes surf (Jim).

Mochica

1469 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94107

Mochica is a Peruvian restaurant in our old neighborhood. Jim used to be a regular during the pandemic and took me there on several dates. Victoria's favorite dish is their Aji de Gallina, and mine is the Seco de Res, which is the first dish I ever cooked for her.
