We met in February 2012 while both living in northern Virginia. We were instant friends both building off of each others talents. Fast Forward... who would have thought a global pandemic would bring us back together! In September of 2020 we went on a road trip and Rob ended up staying in Rochester! It was like time was never lost between us. We rescued a dapper doberman named Arlo who goes everywhere with us! Together we expanded our business Legacy Design&Events and added floral design in the fall of 2021. When we are not designing, we are renovating houses. We are currently renovating our first design studio together and hoping for a spring 2022 grand opening!

On June 5th 2021 Arlo had rings waiting in the backyard of our townhouse with Jim! "Simply the Best" by Noah Reid was playing in the background while the backyard was transformed into a boho retreat with bottles of champagne. Rob was taken by surprise, mostly because Arlo was on his best behavior! In less than a day everything was planned!
