If you are on the island to participate in PDAs and attend the wedding, we recommend using UBER as transportation. The Old San Juan area is not very large and UBER is a better value than a rental (considering the parking fees which can start at ~15 dollars a night). If you are staying longer and plan on touring the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, a rental is the way to go.
