When should I RSVP by?

We'd greatly appreciate RSVPs by September 4th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes in advance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block for our guests at Tru by Hilton Cedar Rapids Westdale for $161/night. There is info for accessing the group rate discount on the Travel tab.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP on this website, it lists the number of guests invited with you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to wear cocktail attire like dresses, trousers, slacks, button-downs, polos, and sport coats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate the people listed on the website's RSVP page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at our venue. Guests may leave their cars overnight at the venue and get them by 8 a.m. Saturday morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please list any food allergies or requests on your RSVP.
