Most neighbors share a cup of sugar, or help shovel each others sidewalk. But lucky for Jim and Michelle, their friends, both neighbors in Ramsey, also arrange blind dates together. It was decided on New Years Eve 2019 that the two may get along well, and the pair met on January 11th at Starbucks for the first time. What felt like 5 minutes but in actuality was a 4 hour long conversation, was the start to the love story we are about to celebrate together.

On October 3rd, after much planning by Jim and the luck of beautiful weather, Jim surprised Michelle by telling her it was the perfect day to pick up lunch and drive down to Ocean Beach NJ. The plan was to sit on the bench by the bay in memory of Michelle's grandparents and enjoy lunch one last time before winter would be upon us. Little did Michelle know, there was more to this plan. After eating lunch on the bench, they walked over to the beach, a place Michelle had grown up going to with family and filled with many memories. Jim got down on one knee at the top of the dune, overlooking the ocean, and added one more memory to the list as he asked Michelle to marry him. Shocked, she said " yes!" and here we are! Ready to celebrate our wedding day with you!
