Can I bring a plus one if they are not on the invitation?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. While we would love to accommodate everyone, our venue and catering arrangements are carefully planned to match our invited guests. If space becomes available closer to the wedding date due to declined RSVPs, we'll be happy to discuss the possibility of including your plus one. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about any potential openings.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail/formal with a thoughtful twist! Since the ceremony takes place outdoors and the cocktail hour will be on a comfortably air-conditioned patio, we recommend lighter cocktail attire. Ladies, shorter dresses are absolutely welcome. Gentlemen, while a suit is appreciated, you don't need to layer up—comfort is key. The reception will be held indoors, so dress elegantly and be prepared to celebrate!

We're committed to accommodating all dietary restrictions. When you RSVP, please let us know about any restrictions so we can ensure our catering team is fully prepared. Our dinner will be served buffet-style, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. If you require gluten-free options, we ask that you notify us so we can confirm the appropriate number of plates with our caterer.

Will there be a welcome party Friday night?

Yes! We're thrilled to welcome our out-of-town guests with a casual gathering on Friday evening. Join us at the Marriott hotel's lobby bar and lounge around 8pm. We can't wait to connect with everyone before our big day and share some pre-wedding excitement together!

Do I have to stay at one of the two hotels listed?

Answer

No need to limit yourself to our recommended hotels! Bradenton offers numerous accommodation options, including a variety of hotels and charming vacation rentals through Airbnb and Vrbo. Feel free to choose the lodging that best suits your preferences and budget. Our listed hotels are simply helpful suggestions to get you started.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! You can leave your car overnight at the venue. However, please note that vehicle retrieval is prohibited between 2am and 7am. After 7am, be sure to pick up your car before 11am to prevent any towing.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We warmly welcome children and understand the challenges of finding childcare. While we hope to include kids in our celebration, venue capacity may limit the number of children we can accommodate. If childcare is a concern and might prevent your attendance, please reach out to us. We'll have a clearer picture of potential child attendance as the wedding date approaches and will do our best to make arrangements that work for your family.
