We can’t wait to celebrate with you! A quick heads-up regarding our Welcome Party: parking at the property is extremely limited, so we highly recommend leaving your keys behind and letting someone else do the driving. If you are staying at the Eagle Ridge Resort & Lodge or any of its rental properties, you’re in luck! You can take advantage of the resort's complimentary guest shuttle service for both drop-off and pick-up. Guests can arrange drop-off and pick-up by calling the front desk at 815-777-5000.

Want to kick off the celebrations a little early? Join the groom, our families, and our favorite people for a quick drink at the Woodlands Lounge (located right inside the main lodge) starting at 3:45 PM. This is entirely optional—so feel free to skip it and head straight to the ceremony—but because no great story ever started with a salad, we'd love to toast with you if you're around! Around 4:10 PM, we will all make our way down to the patio together to get settled for the ceremony at 4:30 PM. Come thirsty!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we want to make sure you don't miss a single moment of the processional. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to celebrating with you!
