Luke has been Becca's best friend since they were in preschool; Luke is the Frodo to Becca's Sam! They spent the majority of High School watching Good Burger and talking nonsense. Becca will always consider Luke a lifelong friend and someone she can always count on.

Becca met Mariel during her first semester in Grad School. Becca knew from the moment she met Mariel that they would become good friends. They bonded through their shared love of food, coffee, and cute dogs. Becca probably wouldn't have survived her first year in California without Mariel and she will always be thankful for her friendship.

Becca has known Anna since High School. They have been friends for more than a decade, and Becca hopes they will be friends for decades to come. Anna is what every friend should be: compassionate, fun to be around, and accepting. This is why Becca is honored that Anna agreed to be a part of her wedding day!

Becca met Clarissa when she worked at Lane Bryant during her first year in California. Becca immediately appreciated Clarissa's sense of humor, honesty, and authenticity. Clarissa and her family often invited Becca to hang out with them since Becca was so far away from home. Becca considers Clarissa to be one of her best friends, and is excited that Clarissa agreed to travel to Arkansas for her special day!

Andy was Becca's first friend she made in California. Becca felt like she could always be herself around Andy, and she cherishes memories of all the fun adventures they have been on together. Becca thinks that Andy is one of the good ones, and expects that they will be friends for many more years to come.

Besides Jim, Natasha is Becca's soulmate. Becca met Natasha during her undergrad years at JBU. Natasha has been there for Becca through thick and thin, and they have always been able to share everything with each other without judgement. Becca will always cherish Natasha's friendship, and she is super grateful that Natasha agreed to travel all the way from China for her wedding!

Ben has been a loving friend to Jim and Becca since they have been a couple, and has been a supportive presence in Becca's life for many years. Jim and Becca are super grateful to him for agreeing to travel from California in order to be a big part of their special day!

Rob is the best brother Jim ever had :p Growing up, Jim and Rob weren’t always the best of friends, but as adults they’ve shared some amazing times. Jim is appreciative of the positive example Rob sets as a husband and father, and Jim is honored to have Rob as his best man.

Jim and Steph met through Intel, and were housemates from 2015 to 2018. Steph helped Jim write the online dating profile through which Jim and Becca met, and without her support and encouragement Jim and Becca may never have connected. Jim is happy to have Steph’s support once again on his big day.

Jim met Scott through Intel social events around 2013. Through their shared interests in movies, music, and comedy they quickly became good friends. Jim has always admired Scott’s abundant positivity and friendliness, and has sought to emulate that in himself. Jim is excited to have Scott stand up with him at his wedding.

Steve lived across the hall from Jim in the Wayne State freshmen dorms. Just a few weeks into that first year, Jim knew he had found a lifelong friend. Jim has always really liked Steve’s gregarious and inclusive nature, and he cherishes the great times they shared as roommates, coworkers, and friends. Jim is happy that Steve can return the favor of standing up for him in his wedding.

Jim and Garrett met through the weekly Intel Happy Hours at Churchill Arms Pub. As a similarly crazy party-animal, with a ridiculous sense of humor, it’s no wonder that they became fast friends. Jim appreciates Garrett’s ability to have fun doing just about anything, and is honored to have Garrett as a groomsmen.

Jim and Justin met back when Jim was in College and Justin was the band leader at the small church Jim started attending. Justin took Jim under his wing, helping him to understand that he didn’t need to try so embarrassingly hard to impress everyone all the time. Jim loves getting together with Justin to wax philosophical on pretty much any topic, and Jim’s excited that Justin can be up there with him on his big day.

Jim and Monica met through Intel around 2015, where they almost immediately became friends. Jim appreciates Monica’s unique ability to not only see the best and most special aspects of everyone she meets, but to verbally recognize them for it to everyone else around. Monica is a truly special friend and Jim is honored to have her in his wedding.
