When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you send/scan your RSVP as soon as possible. Due to the holidays, we will need to get the count in earlier to our venue and vendors. We will not accept RSVP later than November 8, 2025.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any food allergies on your RSVP card or QR CODE RSVP link and text the Bride or Groom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are having a kids-free wedding with the exception of those participating in the wedding. Take this as an opportunity to have a date night and enjoy the evening.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for. As we begin this new chapter together, we’ve chosen to forgo a traditional registry. If you wish to honor us with a gift, we would be deeply grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon and the beautiful life we are building together. Thank you for your love and support — it means the world to us.

Is there a shared photo album for guest to upload photos and videos?

Answer

Yes! We would love for all our guest to share their videos and photos with us. We would greatly appreciate videos of key moments. There will be a QR code to scan at each dinner table, at the bar and cocktail/lounge area. Guest will have access to view the album!

What time to arrive if staying at Oceancliff Hotel? (For Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa info - scroll down a few questions)

Please plan to arrive after 3:00 PM to check in at Oceancliff Hotel. The bride and groom will be doing their first look and taking photos before the ceremony. This allows them time to get settled into their suite without being seen by guests beforehand. Thank you for your understanding!

Do I have to book for two nights at Newport Marriott & Spa?

Answer

You can book for Saturday, January 10th. The rate is $154 per night, plus tax. While the site may default to a two-night stay, selecting just one night should still reflect the same nightly rate. If you’re having trouble booking online, we recommend calling the hotel directly at 401-849-1000. Be sure to mention the Souza/Biello Wedding to receive the group rate. Please note: A shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa to and from OceanCliff for those who plan to enjoy drinks during/after the celebration.

What is the cut off date for reserving a room at the Newport Marriott?

Answer

The room block ends on December 13, 2025. After this date, rooms may still be reserved at the hotel’s standard rates.

Wedding at 4pm, what time should I check in at Newport Marriott?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa by 2:50 PM. Shuttle pick-up for the ceremony will be at 3:20 PM with shuttling leaving at 3:30pm. Hotel check-in is officially at 4:00 PM, but the hotel has let us know that some rooms may be ready as early as 3:00 PM (they do have early check in for a fee, but we suggest just going at 3pm for no fee) If your room isn't ready, you're welcome to leave your bags at the front desk (no fee). They’ll bring them up once your room is available. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly for the most up-to-date information, or check back here closer to the date for any updates.

Will there be transportation available from Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa to Oceancliff?

Answer

Yes. There will be one shuttle pick-up and one drop-off for the ceremony and reception. Shuttle from Newport Marriott to Oceancliff: Boards: 3:20pm Leaves: 3:30pm Arrives at Oceancliff: 3:45pm Shuttle from Oceancliff to Newport Marriott: Boards: 11:30pm Leaves: 11:45pm Arrives at Marriott: 12am
