Dress code?

Answer

Casual! Please dress for your comfort and outdoor activities.

Question

Open Bar or cash bar?

Answer

We are hosting an open bar with optional gift/donation opportunities to support the bride and groom! Please feel free to bring cash to contribute or tip our bartender otherwise we will have a venmo barcode for cashless gifting. Our bar will include wine, beer, liquor and nonalcoholic beverages.

How late does the party go?

Answer

Family friendly post ceremony reception with dinner will run till 8 pm, the after party for adults only will start around then and run till midnight at the latest.

Bugs?

Answer

The venue sprays for mosquitoes and we will have many bug repellents including torches and thermacells. We will have community bug spray for our guests to use but feel free to bring along your own if you would prefer.

Activities?

Answer

We will have card games, board games and outside games throughout the reception and after party. Moonzilla Tarot will also be hosting Tarot readings for anyone interested in having their cards read!

Campers: When should I set up my camper/tent?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:45 pm if you are not attending the ceremony on Saturday unless otherwise arranged with the bride and groom. From 4-5 pm there will be a cocktail hour this would be a great time to set up camp. Otherwise anytime after 4 pm and before dark. Bring some outdoor chairs if you would like to spend more time sitting outside, we also have access to some trails on the 180 acre property.

Campers: Bathrooms?

Answer

The bathrooms inside the venue will be available for all guests during the reception, after party and for those staying on the grounds over night. There will be no shower access.

Campers: departure time

Answer

Please don’t feel rushed on Sunday morning. We will be busy cleaning up and hosting a family brunch but you are welcome to ease into the day and come say to goodbye before you pack up and head out.

Ceremony?

Answer

We are hosting an intimate ceremony with bridal party and family before our reception and evening events. If you have received an invitation you will have accepted an RSVP to this event which is on the same property directly at the edge of the woods across from the venue. Please arrive to ceremony no earlier than 2:45 pm and no later than 3:20 pm.

Dinner Menu?

Answer

We will be sharing in a taco buffet with gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian friendly options. We have curated an allergen aware menu so that all our friends and family can indulge and enjoy some delicious food!
