Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your kids, this is a child free wedding aside from our niece and nephews. This is an adults-only event to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden party formal. Women should wear mid length to floor length dresses. A suit & tie are expected for men. No jeans, shorts, or baseball hats. Please see the Guest Attire tab for more inspiration and ideas.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Holiday Inn & Suites Express in Chanhassen. This hotel will be provided with transportation to and from the wedding venue. You can also book a room at the AmericInn by Wyndham, but please know that there will be no provided transportation for this hotel. Please see the Travel tab for links and additional information.

What is parking like?

Answer

There is ample amount of parking at the Edward Anne Estates, however, if you are planning to drink please plan accordingly. For those of you staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites Express there will be a shuttle to transport you back and forth.

Transportation?

Answer

Two shuttle buses will pick guests up from the Holiday Inn & Suites Express at approximately 3:30pm. One shuttle bus will return guests to the hotel at the following times: 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm, 12:00am.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:20 to ensure you will be let in and can grab a seat.

Where is the ceremony

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on the Edward Anne Estates property. The ceremony itself will be held outside weather permitting. There is a sidewalk leading to the outdoor ceremony space. For guests with limited mobility there will be a cart to take you down to the ceremony space.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception will be held in the dining hall at the Edward Anne Estates. The bathrooms are located down the hall from the main dining area.

What time is dinner

Answer

Dinner service will begin at 6:30pm. Guests will be encouraged to take their seats around 6:20pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve carefully curated our guest list and, as such, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless a plus one has been specifically extended on your invitation.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Answer

We will be having a plated meal for our dinner service. If you have any dietary restrictions please include those on your RSVP.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, and seltzers will be hosted for the evening. Other liquors are available for purchase at the bar.
