Babies and toddlers of family members are welcome to attend the ceremony provided they can do so quietly and without interrupting the sacred exchange of the bride and groom's vows. We understand that it is not always reasonable to expect babies and toddlers to remain quiet, so we have provided two options if needed. A "baby room" is available at the back of the sanctuary where the parent can see the ceremony. This room is not sound-proof, but is appropriate for babies who need to make a little noise. If your child really needs the freedom to play and make a lot of noise, the venue has a wonderful nursery room. The nursery will be staffed with trusted childcare attendants for your convenience, or you may stay with your child in the nursery. The ceremony will be approximately 25-30 minutes. To be clear, your child is not required to be absent from the ceremony. This option is only available if needed.
Yes! Please bring your little ones to the reception. Young children of family members are most welcome to enjoy the party and make all the noise they like. Our childcare staff will remain available to help you if you need them. If you would benefit from a high chair, please reach out and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate!
You will definitely not leave hungry! We're serving a full barbecue dinner with lots of sides. There will be plenty of gluten free options and salads-as-a-meal for the vegetarian contingent. Dessert will follow. Yum!
