Sam and I go back to freshman year in college. She lived in a neighboring building and was over often visiting Becky's roommate. By the middle of freshman year she frequented weekends at Shawn Darby's house exchanging manual labor for home cooking and a break from campus. Per her Italian momma self, she calls to check in, is always there to listen and offer sound/ level headed advice and makes you chicken soup with stars when you're feeling under the weather. I love Sam for her ability to make dark days brighter, her honesty, the ability to laugh with me through everything (even when we wanted to kill each other) and her bravery - cause not anyone would go into a house with 4 100+ pound dogs by herself after a cell phone.

Stacey Andreola met at Rozzis Lakeshore Tavern (aka the center of the universe) my sophomore summer in college. The entire summer she'd be calling me on my way into work asking me to pick up candy, which I could only laugh and show up with all of the Twizzlers. When I moved to NYC we'd have the best day dates and spend hours in bed watching movies gossiping. She's always the first person to try to push me out of my comfort zone. Stacey is easily the most excitable and over the top person I know, which I love her for. When I called her to tell her Scott and I got engaged she screamed for what felt like minutes and had me re-iterate the proposal and feels for literally an hour just to make sure it really sank in. I couldn't imagine the wedding party being a Partyyy without her.

Krysta and I sat together in 7th grade Math. She hated me for my preppy attitude, until she realized I'd let her cheat off of my math tests, which is the only way she passed. I was in the hospital and i never heard the end of it for her failing a test she "needed me" for. The rest of middle school and into early high school we were inseparable spending all of our time walking down the bike path, the beach missions, movie nights and running the bases at Lyman C. Hunt and making each other laugh over the ridiculous things we came up with. This girl has always promoted my silly side and as the years have passed we've been there for each other with every up and down and can't wait for her to stand beside me on this very important up in my life.

Emma and I became friends junior year in High School after taking Chemistry together. We really bonded when she stayed over the night before the ACTs and we spent what felt like hours hunting to kill an ENORMOUS wood spider that climbed over her hand that was hiding in the blanket she slept under. Emma and I started hanging out a lot after that, specifically me eating pie as she worked at Mazza's. We talk once a week (and if we don't its usually my fault) and she knows the ins and outs of my life, is always there to lend an ear or talk me off a cliff. I love Emma for her ability to fly (like Superman) into action whenever I need her - even when I say not to, her levelheadedness, and ability to make a vacation turn into a continuous movie night and to always have my back.

Becky and I had neighboring rooms freshman year in college and I was immediately drawn to her sarcastic, smart-allick sense of humor. We bonded over her crazy roommate and my crazy roommate who became her crazy roommate our sophomore year. This girl has always been down for a good time, whether it's wild girls night out, a quiet night in painting nails and watching trash TV or Clueless, buying matching aprons for a Martha Stewart baking session or hanging upside down in yoga. This girl is just an all around good person with some serious determination and up beat attitude who will tell you like it is. I can always rely on Becky to have a good laugh, hear some intense stories and to make sure I'm camera ready.
