Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Hors d’oeuvres (listed below) will be served, and drinks available! -Domestic Cheese Display with Specialty Crackers & Castle Jam -Tomato-Basil Bruschetta with a Balsamic Glaze & Cheese -Grilled Chicken Satay with Cilantro Lime Drizzle Each guest will be given two drink tickets, and more drinks may be purchased after that at the bar if desired.

Reception

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Dinner and cake will be served, followed by music and dancing! All dinner options will be served with the following: -Baskets of Fresh Baked Rolls & Castle Jam -House Salad with Mixed Greens with Cranberries, Candied Pecans, Parmesan Cheese and Castle Made White Balsamic Vinaigrette -Butter Glazed Carrots -Garlic and White Wine Orzo Dinner options other than those listed in the RSVP can be made available to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

Late Night Pool Party

9:00 pm

Afterparty at the pool-house! We have the reservation until 5:00 am the next morning, so feel free to celebrate as long as you like.
