Bride's attendant
Jillian's Nephew, the son of Jennifer and Mark Diaz. Funny story: When René first met Ty, he had to change Ty's diaper all by himself because Jillian and Jennifer had fallen asleep. Don't worry folks, Ty's fine. But it does show what a good kid he is because he chose not to wake sleeping people and head toward the one who was awake amiright?
Booger Morales-Ramón
Ring Bearer
Son of Jillian Morales and René Ramón. Booger is Jillian's best friend and real true love. He is also a (loveable) pain in René's side. Funny story: Early on in the relationship, Jillian worked for a summer down in Temple, but was going back up to Denton to stay with René on the weekends. Because of this, she chose to leave Booger with René. Booger was not having it, he refused to come out of his bed and eat for 3 days!! Worried, René traveled the 2.5 hrs mid-week to take him to Jillian. Booger hasn't left her side since! And he still is skeptical of his father's intentions!
Monica Ramón
René's Attendant
René's niece, the daughter of Emma and Mario Ramón Funny Story: When Monica (Mona) was a baby, Rene went to go visit. His brother gave Mona to him to hold. Mona did not like that, she cried and cried. Mario tried to calm and please her by giving her a cookie. Being the smart girl that she is, she took that cookie but continued to cry! Mona 1, Mario 0! Nowadays, Mona doesn't cry when Tio Rene comes around, they even have a special greeting... a belly bump!
Nelson Mandala Morales-Ramón
Ring Bearer
Son of Jillian Morales and Rene Ramon. Nelson is René's right hand man through thick and thin! They've shared many things (a container of PB, ice cream...). He also whines for hugs and kisses from mom. Funny Story: When René and Jillian had their first "hang out" René's game was... non existent. So Nelson decided to help him out. He was (and still is) a hefty dog, so he threw his weight against his future momma-to-be while the 3 of them were sitting on the couch watching a movie, pushing her into his dad's arms. Smooth right? It was a pretty funny experience. And yes, René thanked him for the help!
McKinzy Diaz
Flower Child
Jillian's Neice, the daughter of Jennifer and Mark Diaz. Funny Story: Kinzy is an amazing and spirited little woman. She reminds Jillian a lot of herself. Don't get in her way or you will regret it! Once, while visiting family, Kinzy decided she wanted to bunk with her aunt... Jillian isn't super practiced with human kiddos and hasn't mastered the art of child negotiation... Kinzy refused to get dressed for breakfast the next morning, Jillian did everything she could to reason with her (I know right?) which resulted in melt down on the bathroom floor. Jillian, after coaxing her out of the room, promptly delivered her crying to her Nana and Pappy's hotel door. Their good now, but Jillian felt the chill of Kinzy's shoulder the whole way home!!
Ana Sofia Cuadra-Morales
Flower Child
Jillian's neice, the daughter of Lailani and Jimmy Morales. Funny Story: Ana Sofia has only been in the states for 10 or so months, but she has already taken quite a bit to René. For some reason, she is always ready to give her Tió a big old hug, but is still shy at times with Jillian. She's a social butterfly though, so once she warms up... you are her new best friend.
