When should I RSVP by?

The deadline to RSVP is September 13, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail Attire: For women, cocktail dresses, LBDs, & dressy jumpsuits. For men, a darker suit or jacket with slacks. Cowboy hats and boots are encouraged, but not required. The ceremony location is about a quarter-mile walk from the parking area and will be held outdoors. In light of this, we advise against high-heeled shoes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our outdoor ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to be able to park & walk to the ceremony location, which is about a quarter-mile from the parking area.

Is there parking on the property?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the Yates Home. However, we kindly suggest carpooling or utilizing Uber, if possible.

Where and when will the reception be?

Answer

Our reception will be held indoors also on the Yates property. Cocktail hour will immediately follow our outdoor ceremony and includes an open bar with beer and seltzers. If you would like any other options, please feel free to bring them yourself. Dinner will be served after cocktail hour.

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you are bringing your children by including their names in your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were given a plus one, absolutely. Please refrain from bringing any additional guests who have not been formally invited.
