Beyul Retreat is nestled in the mountains, northeast of Aspen. The closest airport is Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, which is about a 1 hour drive from the venue. Another great option is Denver International Airport (DIA), where you might find more affordable direct flights. Although it’s a bit more of a drive (around 4-4.5 hours), the route is incredibly scenic. To reach the retreat, you’ll need to rent a car or coordinate with another guest to carpool. If you have your travel plans set and are interested in carpooling options, feel free to reach out to us. We can attempt to help connect you with other guests who might be on a similar schedule.
Please refer to the registration link emailed to you to submit your attendance details. To complete your booking for the 3-day room and board, it will prompt you to follow the link to Beyul's registration. This step is essential to finalize your RSVP. We completely understand that not everyone may be able to stay for the entire 3-day celebration. However, we do want to encourage our guests to join us for the full experience if possible. Our dream is to have the opportunity to share this special time and connect with everyone who has been such a meaningful part of our lives. Unlike a traditional wedding, where time with each guest might be limited, this retreat allows us to truly enjoy quality moments with each of you. If you’re unable to stay for the full duration, please note that you will still be charged a flat rate for the full weekend to reserve your lodging. We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and can be a part of our celebration in the way that works best for them.
We want to ensure plenty of time to plan and save for this trip as we know this isn't your standard wedding. Please RSVP no later than June 15, 2026. There is an RSVP tab on this website for your convenience.
Beyul can accommodate all dietary restrictions, as long as they are shared at least 1 month in advance. The best way to ensure your needs are met is to provide the details when you book your room and board through the provided link. This will help us ensure that your meals are tailored to your requirements throughout the event.
Beyul is a mountain retreat designed to offer an escape. There is no cell reception anywhere on the property, and wifi is available only in the Main Lodge.
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best Mountain Formal attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all take place outdoors. While the daytime will be warm, please remember we're at high elevation, and temperatures will drop to 40-50 degrees once the sun sets. Be sure to bring a layer to stay cozy as the evening cools down.
The million dollar question! Once you register we will begin creating a housing chart to ensure everyone has comfortable sleeping arrangements. We will organize housing based on your family/friend group and will do our best to keep those groups together. Once we have collected all the RSVP's, we will begin the housing chart and will share exactly where you will be staying so there are no surprises upon arrival. Trust us we do not take this responsibility lightly. :) If you have a preference of staying with particular family or friends please reach out to either Jill (305) 761-7726 or Nic (215) 596-9088 to coordinate requests.
One of the reasons we chose Beyul Retreat and this type of stay for our wedding is so that guests don't have to do any extra driving or traveling to get entertainment between events. Everything you will need for the weekend will be right at your fingertips. Below is a list of activities: Hiking - Guided land tour - Paddle boarding - Hot tub/sauna/cold plunge - Yoga - Fly fishing - Horseback riding - Rock Climbing - Mountain biking -For more details check out their website: https://beyulretreat.com/activities-adventures
The elevation of Beyul is 8,300 ft! Elevation is no joke and is not something to take lightly. Our biggest piece of advice is WATER, WATER, WATER. There are hydration packets that you can buy to put in your water to help accelerate your hydration, our favorite is sugar-free Liquid IV. You can buy Liquid IV at just about any grocery store, Target, Walmart, or Amazon. Please be careful of how much alcohol you drink at elevation, it will affect you much quicker than you are used to so please pace yourself and drink water throughout. :)
