When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'll let you know once we send out our formal invitations! If you’ve received your Save the Date and already know you’re unable to attend, we kindly request that you let us know — we completely understand and appreciate the heads-up.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are semi-formal. We invite guests to dress up, but not in full black-tie fashion. For women, this may include cocktail dresses, dressy midi or maxi dresses, or a polished jumpsuit. For men, a suit or dress slacks with a button-down shirt and blazer are perfect; a tie is welcome but optional. Think refined, celebratory, and stylish — something you’d wear to a nice evening event or upscale celebration.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors. However, The White Room Venue is just steps away from the walkable St. George Street and waterfront. You may also have a short walk from where you park.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are very fortunate to have some many wonderful friends and family members in our lives. Due to space restrictions at the venue, we're unable to accommodate plus ones for all guests so that we can have all our favorite people join! We'll make every effort for significant others to be able to join if possible within the venue restrictions.

Can my kids come?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult-only occasion with the exception of the wedding party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a ton of lodging options in St. Augustine! Check out our Travel section for a few hotel recommendations in the general area. We do not have a hotel block as there are so many wonderful options close to The White Room venue that suit a range of lodging preferences.

Where Can I Park?

Answer

You may be able to find street parking near the venue, but as a backup the Historic Downtown Parking Facility is a great option. The parking structure is a .8 mile or 17 minute walk from the venue. Check out our "Travel" section of our wedding website for more information.
