FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 27th, 2025.

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by returning the RSVP card in your invitation along with the included envelope by mail, or on our website under the RSVP tab!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adults only event! As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Formal. For men, that means a dark suit (black, gray, navy) with a tie or a tuxedo if you choose. For women, that means a floor length gown, elegant cocktail dress or a dressy pant suit.

Question

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Our wedding colors are shades of blue and green if you’d like to coordinate. We will not have a bridal party, so please wear what you’d like without worrying about looking like a bridesmaid or a groomsman. Ladies, no white please!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically listed on your invitation!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos, videos, or using a cell phone until cocktail hour begins. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day, and we’ve hired some incredibly talented folks to take care of the photos.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. Our cocktail hour will be held in the barn with both indoor and outdoor seating available, and the reception will be held indoors in the pavilion.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of self-parking on site.

Question

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The address for the ceremony and reception is the same! 2531 Chinook Trail in Wonalancet New Hampshire. Wonalancet is a village inside of Tamworth, so some GPS systems will automatically switch. Either is correct! Locke Falls is ADA compliant.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We’re hosting an intimate ceremony and reception, so did not reserve room blocks. There are a couple of airbnb options that are open for our weekend and some nearby b&b’s on the travel page. If you need help finding accomodations for the weekend, please reach out!

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The average high temperature for Tamworth in late September is around 70 F, while the low averages around 45 F.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There is a beef, chicken fish and vegetarian option available to pre-order with your RSVP!

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes, please be sure to list any and all allergies and dietary restrictions on your RSVP with your meal choice.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing some cash to tip our lovely bartender :)

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 26 Pearl Ave - Rumford, RI 02916. A wedding card box will be at our reception!

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place in the barn between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and lawn games. We’ll have a seating area for those who prefer to just hang out.
