FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Where do I sit?

Answer

There are three sections for seating in the church. We will be encouraging guests to sit in the middle section. The first 2–3 rows will be reserved for immediate family, but the rest of the pews are open. For the reception, there will be a number of tables available in the social hall. There will be escort signs with assigned table numbers.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available at the church, including accessible spots near the entrance.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to look nice while still being comfortable. We chose a “Dressy Casual” dress code to keep that balance. Think mini dresses, stylish jumpsuits, or dress pants with a blazer. No need to buy anything fancy, just please avoid overly casual items like jeans or sneakers.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! Mission BBQ will be catering the evening. There will be two meat options, chicken and chopped brisket, along with additional sides. Dinner will be buffet style.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Trinity Lutheran has a no-alcohol policy, which we will be following. There will be water, soda, and some mocktails available for enjoyment.

Question

I would like to spend the night—where can I stay?

Answer

We do not have a specific hotel block booked, but we’ve listed the closest hotel options on our Travel page. If lodging is a barrier, please feel free to reach out to Marco or Jillian—we’re happy to help.

Question

What do facilities and accessibility look like?

Answer

The church has ample parking, including accessible spots near the entrance. There are a few steps leading into the ceremony area, but an elevator is available for anyone who needs assistance. Restrooms are located in the hallway on the way to the social hall. There will also be a greeter available to welcome you and help with any questions.

Question

Can I bring a guest/kids?

Answer

Please refer to your RSVP for your invited guests. Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those listed.

Question

Are gifts expected?

Answer

Your presence is more than enough, but if you wish to give a gift, it is greatly appreciated. Find more under the "Registry" section.

Question

I am not able to come, is there anything I should do?

Answer

You will be missed! If you’re unable to attend, please respond with “will not attend” on the RSVP. In the meantime, feel free to browse our website to learn a little more about the wedding.

Question

I have a question that wasn’t answered—who can I ask?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to Jillian at 484-336-3322. She’s more than happy to help answer any questions!
