✈️ WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND LEAVE?

Answer

We recommend arriving on Thursday, October 23 (late morning/ Early afternoon would be best) departing on Monday, October 27 with check out at 11am. Late check out will be available if your flight is later in the day. We’ll have events and meals planned each day, so come ready to settle in and enjoy a long weekend of celebration!

🏨 WHERE ARE WE STAYING?

Answer

We’ll all be staying together at The Bygone Hotel in Wimberley, TX. Once you RSVP, we’ll assign you a room.

🎉 WHAT EVENTS ARE HAPPENING AND DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL OF THEM?

Answer

We’re planning five chill, memory-filled days. Expect BBQ, bonfires, pizza night, a magical wedding, and time to explore wineries and San Antonio or do absolutely nothing. Join everything or just the parts you feel like, we won’t be offended.

🚗 DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

Answer

Nope! We have shuttles to accommodate everyone to and from the airport. They will also be taking us to and from our excursions. - If you would like to rent a car to explore on your own that is more than welcome and parking is available at the hotel.

❓ Do I need to RSVP to the outings?

Answer

Yes, please go to the RSVP tab and check which or both outings you'd like to go to! - you may still opt out of going day of.

🏨 How much is the stay and is there anything included?

Answer

The hotel will be $300 per person. This will include lodging, transportation, breakfast & dinner during your stay. Payment can be made to Jeffrey Nyquist either check or Zelle 847 - 909 - 0983
