We secured room blocks at two different hotels in Berkeley. Please note that Berkeley is hosting Stanford on 11/19 so Berkeley will be a bit busy that weekend. We recommend booking hotels or AirBnBs as soon as possible.
We have arranged for a shuttle to take guests from both hotels to the Brazilian Room. Those of you not staying at the hotels are still welcome to take the shuttle.
The first shuttle with depart the Aiden at 3:10 p.m., then pick up guests at Berkeley City Club around 3:20 p.m., depending on traffic.
The second shuttle will depart the Aiden at 4:00 p.m., then pick up guests at Berkeley City Club around 4:10 p.m., depending on traffic.
At the end of the evening, shuttles will depart the Brazilian Room at 7:45 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 10:15 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.
