Harbes Orchard
There are many Harbes locations on the Northfork. They all provide the best fall experience. Pick some apples and pumpkins and enjoy sipping on some hot apple cider and eating some apple cider donuts. They also have games for the kids such as hay rides and corn mazes. They even offer wine tasting and offer food such as roasted corn. A great way to experience the fall season, this place never disappoints. Harbes has multiple locations such as Mattituck, but the closest is riverhead and also not as busy!
Jason's Vineyard
Jason’s vineyard is a small vineyard with the best wine. It’s one of our favorite vineyards and it is close for those visiting out of town and staying in the hotels. Keep in mind there are so many vineyards along the north fork to check out such as Macari, Baiting Hollow, Pindar, Pugliese, and so many more to check out!

Who doesn’t love to shop? If you have to shop last minute this Tanger mall has it all and it’s super close to the hotels! There is also a Walmart and Target near by!
Riverhead Brew House
This is a popular place in the village town of Riverhead! Brand new brewery that offers cocktails, beer and food that overlooks the Peconic river. Next door is the Riverhead Aquarium and multiple restaurants and bars near by!
Southpaw Brewing Company
For those staying at the Home2Suites this is our favorite place to eat! Amazing vibes with the best cocktails and food! You will not be disappointed! What’s even better it is walking distance from the hotel! In addition to this restaurant you have Walmart, Bagel Boss, Tropicana Smoothie and Starbucks in the same shopping center!
Waterdrinker Family Farm & Garden
Around this time of year they host a family friendly fall festival with pumpkins and sunflowers! Food truck and Long Island brewery onsite! They have two locations one in Manorville and one in Riverhead!
