On July 9th, 2020, Jillian showed up to the local Stafford bar, Buffalo Mo's, with two of her friends. That night, she ran into an old coworker from Outback, Courtney. After chatting for a bit, Courtney confirmed that one of the guys she was with, Derek, was single. With liquid courage, Jillian approached him on the patio and introduced herself. They had a conversation that would start a lifetime of happiness, and have been inseparable ever since!
