Our story starts with us ignoring each other for almost two years while being in the same music classes. Romantic. Until... a particularly difficult assignment came along. One of us spent the whole weekend to complete it, the other waited until moments before class to start it. These contrasting approaches sparked a conversation which started with, "So is your name Julian or Jillian?" ... A fast friendship formed followed by more and more time together. We pretty quickly realized that we work well together and enjoy time in each other's company. We supported each other through school, launched a photography business, a jewelry business, a skincare business, and encouraged each other in our individual career paths. Where are we today? We are now excited to build a home together for ourselves and our plants (particularly our giant aloe named Kraken). We plan to travel more and grow in our faith. We would not be where we are today if it wasn't for the unending support and love from you, our dedicated family. For this big reason and many small ones, we are so excited to share the beginning moments of our marriage with you!
