When is the wedding?

Our wedding will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 3:30PM. We’re so excited to celebrate this special day with you and can’t wait to see you there!

Where is the venue located?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Vale, located at 200 E Phillips St, Conroe, TX 77301. This charming venue offers a beautiful setting, and we can’t wait for you to experience it with us. Parking will be available for guests. Please reach out to Jillian if you need assistance with directions or transportation options.

Will there be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Our professional photographer will capture all the special moments, and we promise to share those photos with you afterward. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create an intimate and memorable experience!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal – elevated formal attire is encouraged. Gentlemen, we suggest suits or dress slacks with a button-up shirt and tie. Ladies, we’d love to see you in elegant dresses or gowns. Please have fun with your attire and show off your style! We kindly ask that gentlemen refrain from wearing jeans, and ladies please avoid white or cream. We can’t wait to see your fabulous looks!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, the non-traditional cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the beautiful garden space, weather permitting. We hope you enjoy the lovely surroundings as you mingle and enjoy the treats we have planned!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those guests whose invitations indicate a plus one are welcome to bring a guest. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our guest list intimate.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you time to find your seat and get settled before the festivities start. - We will be sharing our timeline with you soon!

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

We’re still finalizing the exact timeline, but here’s what you can expect: We’ll kick off with the ceremony, followed by a non-traditional cocktail hour with unique treats and activities, and then move into the reception for dinner, dancing, and plenty of fun! We’ll update this page closer to the date with a detailed schedule. Stay tuned!

Will transportation or parking be provided?

There is ample parking available at The Vale, and we’ll have attendants on-site to assist you with finding a spot. If you’re staying at a nearby hotel, we’ll share any additional transportation or ride-sharing recommendations as we get closer to the date.

Will there be family photos?

Answer

Yes! Family photos will take place immediately following the ceremony. Those requested to remain in the ceremony space for photos will receive a formal notice in their invitation. After the ceremony, during the cocktail hour and reception, we encourage you to take as many photos as you’d like! Feel free to snap and share your favorite moments of the night.

In lieu of a bar, we’ve planned a selection of fun, personalized sweet treats and non-alcoholic drinks for everyone to enjoy. Expect unique options that reflect our favorites!
