When dreaming up our wedding, Bill and I envisioned a beautiful spring escape with the charm of a historic estate 🏛️ and the romance of European influence ✨. Epping Forest—tucked along the St. Johns River in Jacksonville—felt like the perfect backdrop. With its timeless architecture, sprawling oaks 🌳, and waterfront views 🌊, it gave us everything we hoped for: a setting that feels both elegant and inviting, steeped in history but full of warmth. We can’t wait to share this special place with the people we love most 🥂.

We recommend arriving by 5:15 PM to be seated before the 5:30 PM ceremony. 🕒 Buses departing from PVI and Marriott will leave at 4:30pm to arrive before 5:15pm. Please check our 'Schedule' page for the full itinerary.

The reception will conclude at 11:45 PM, with transportation departing by midnight.

We suggest arriving by Friday afternoon (April 24) to enjoy the Welcome Party and staying through Sunday afternoon (April 26). This gives you time to explore or head home with ease.

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is easily accessible by car or ride-share—just enter it into your GPS, Uber, or Lyft. On-site parking is available (120 spaces). Complimentary round-trip shuttles will be provided from Marriott / Hilton and Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. 🚐 Additional transportation details can be found on our 'Travel & Accommodations' page.

Please plan to Uber/Lyft to the venue. 📍 PVI is 25–30 minutes from the wedding venue. 📍 Sawgrass Marriott and Hilton are both 30–35 minutes from the wedding venue.

Our wedding will be Black Tie (Optional). 🖤✨ Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear tuxedos; if not, a black or dark suit is appropriate. Ladies should wear formal, floor-length gowns. Please note no cocktail dresses. We’re going for a timeless, elegant vibe! Think chic, sophisticated, and comfortable enough to dance the night away. Nope! The whole club is reserved just for us, so you can enjoy an intimate, private celebration. 🍾

We kindly ask that guests keep their phones away during the ceremony 🙏 This allows our amazing photographer 📸 and videographer 🎥 to capture all the special moments without distractions. Feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the cocktail hour 🍸 and reception 🥂. We’d love to see your favorite moments! We’ve set up a private album on Google Photos 📲 where you can upload your pictures and videos. Absolutely! And we truly appreciate it! 🎁 With travel and celebrations throughout the weekend, it’s much easier for us to receive gifts at home.
