Wedding Day Schedule and Things To Note
Please join us in the Big Garden for our ceremony which begins at 4:30 pm and at the Boathouse for the reception immediately following or, if you prefer, you may arrive at the Boathouse and we will have ushers to escort you and others waiting; just wait at the steps near the boathouse entrance and someone will be there momentarily.
The bar opens after the ceremony, dinner will begin around 6pm and the reception ends at 10 pm sharp.
Please note:
Parking can be a bear, so please arrive early to find a space and mind the signage for regulations.
The walk from the Big Garden to the Boathouse is short, but if you are escorting someone who may need a hand we recommend drop-off on the West Side of the playground near the entrance to the Big Garden on Marion Parkway, off of Exposition and Downing.
We will have limited seating for the short ceremony, so please allow for elderly, disabled and immediate family to be seated in the chairs provided.
