The wedding reception is being held at the Decatur House, a historical home located on Lafayette Square near the White House. The home was named after its first owner, Stephen Decatur, a U.S. Navy commodore who served during the Barbury Wars and the War of 1812, and is one of the oldest surviving homes in Washington, DC. The reception will be held in the courtyard and carriage house, and a White House Historical Society representative will be offering guided tours of the house during the reception's cocktail hour. Beverages and food are not allowed to accompany you on the tour.

A shuttle to and from the ceremony in Georgetown will be provided, but there will be no shuttle service for the reception.
